We were introduced to Nate as my wife and I moved ahead with an investment purchase, for the first time in our lives. We were entering into a complete unknown situation for us, but Nate was incredibly helpful and ALWAYS available to answer and all of our questions (no matter how stupid they were). Highly recommend Nate and Hummingbird. They know what they're doing, are very supportive, and always helpful with advice.
